Ride Along Coach

Position Details

Position Title: Technician Ride-a-long Coach

Company: The Service Profit Group

Position Summary

This position works closely with our member base to provide technician training and coaching as well as ride-along on-sites strictly using The Service Profit Group’s training platform and methodology. This position is expected to travel 2 to 3 weeks a month on average.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and run training for SPG members 2 or 3 times a month
  • Outbound Call management
  • Call your members for regular “check-ins”
  • Member Relations
  • Engage with current members
  • Assist members with questions or concerns as needed
  • Run Monthly webinars for current members for engagement and transition
  • Compile and send KPI’s to leadership every Friday
  • Attend Wednesday service manager group meetings
  • Help and partner to create and improve training strategies
  • Attend retreat meetings (as needed)
  • Attend trade shows (as needed)
  • Mitigate member attrition rate
Service Manager Consultant

Position Details

Position Title: Service Manager Consultant

Company: The Service Profit Group

Position Summary

This position is responsible for consulting, training, and retaining members through on site, webinars, phone, and email contact. Business consultants typically travel to our members shops 2 to 3 times per month. Leverage The Service Profit Group’s training platform and methodology.

Position Responsibilities:

  • HVAC, Plumbing, and or Electrical field knowledge
  • Three plus years’ experience working as a Service Manager
  • Working knowledge of general business practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Outbound Call management to members
    • Call your members for regular “check-ins”
    • Engage with members
  • Onboarding New Members and Clients Relations
    • Assist members with questions or concerns as needed
    • Run Weekly webinars for current members for engagement and transition
  • Compile and send KPI’s to leadership every Friday
  • Attend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday group meetings
  • Help and partner to create and improve SPG products
  • Attend retreat meetings (off site)
  • Attend trade shows (as needed)

Operations Consultant

Position Title: Operations Consultant

Position Summary

Skills Required:

  • Three plus years’ experience managing back-office processes and systems
  • Working knowledge of general business practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • HVAC, Plumbing, and or Electrical field knowledge is a PLUS!

Member Onboarding Consultant

Position Details

Position Title: Member Onboarding Consultant

Company: The Service Profit Group

Position Summary

This position has three functions. The top priority is walking trial membership leads, new members, and upgraded members through the onboarding process. The second responsibility is to help build, implement, and maintain the systems SPG needs to run the business. And the third priority is to support member needs by working directly with them through emails, phone calls, and Zoom meetings.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Trial Memberships, New Members, and Upgrading Members Onboarding Tasks
    • Set member expectations by explaining the on-boarding process
    • Complete onboarding workflow checklist (schedule meetings, create team tasks, posts to social media)
    • Call leads to confirm webinar attendance, accountability calls, and general check-ins
    • Schedule Deep Dive, Budget Review, and Website Walkthrough
    • Help members set up and maintain the data they use to evaluate the performance of their business
    • Update/Add member information to email lists, Facebook, website, and Keap
    • Assist members with questions or concerns as needed
  • Work with team to develop, implement, and maintain back-office systems and procedures
  • Participate in weekly planning, daily stand ups, and review meetings
  • Compile and send KPI’s to leadership every Friday
  • Attend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday group meetings and participate
  • Attend Business Improvement and Operational Excellence webinars when needed and assist the presenting consultant
  • Work with the SPG team to continue to create and improve systems and strategies
