My journey in this industry began 16 years ago at Clockwork Home Services, the largest provider of home services in the United States. I started in franchise sales, learning about the needs of business owners and matching them with a franchise offering that suited their needs. During my tenure at Clockwork, I gained expertise in training owners, technicians, and CSRs in team leadership, running service calls, and dispatching for profits.
Following my time at Clockwork, I started private consulting and traveled across the United States to help business owners operate more efficiently. My vast knowledge of the trades and business acumen have been paramount to my success as a natural trainer and consultant. With just a little tweak here and there, I can show you what is possible and help you take your home service-based business to the next level.

Marcus Piwonski is the CEO of Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating and Cooling (a Tri-Brand Home Services Company), he is responsible driving the business and revenue growth year after year and delivering customer service excellence by providing an environment for like-minded people who have the responsibility to themselves to grow professionally and personally.
With 20 years in the Home Service Industry he has obtained his plumbing and HVAC contractor license, he has accomplished this by continually learning and growing with the industry. His favorite book is Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
Amid the past two decades, he has taken the family business from a 1.5 million dollar commercial and industrial electrical contracting company at the corner of 8 mile and Woodward in Detroit to a full residential service company in Troy, Michigan.
Currently Hoover employees 55 employees and is projected to do 13 million in revenue this year.
Marcus contributes his success to following a service system and hiring the right people whom like to train often.

Brett Walker is the President of Walker Plumbing, Heating and air, Master Plumber and the qualifier for the HVAC.
He started his own company in 2002 doing new construction, and failed miserably. In 2009, he started Walker Plumbing by trading his 30/30 Lever action rifle for his first van and started doing Service only in 2010.
He grew his company from 1 Van running everything on his own to 23 Vans and 45 Employees.

Brendan Hughson
