At the end of each quarter a 2 hour video conference meeting to review and discuss financial statements, progress toward goals, KPI’s, and any questions and concerns you have had since the last quarterly meeting. If you have gone through the Financial Overhaul, statistics and measurements we have establish as critical to your organization will be discussed. Budget to actual variance will be reviewed and discussed if a budget is available or if we have developed one through the Strategic Planning/Budgeting offering. Lastly we will set 2-3 mini-goals or activities for the next quarter’s financial review.

This process will help determine your organizaitons goals and develop a road map to get there! We will examine your position in the industry market, a brief SWAT analysis, employee analysis, and customer analysis through an intense management interview. As a aresult, we will develop a strategy that will include a review of your mission, values, and vision. We will align these specifics with a plan and financial forecast for 1-3 years. A road map will be developed to meet the desired results and goals. And finally a method and procedure to manage and report performance and progress on your trip to success.
At the end of the week, we will have a document that will highlight the process and discoveries we made along the way, the budget and the process to report the progress. Most improtantly this will include a calendar of important activities and milestones throughout the plan and something to share with the rest of your team!
